Codal has been named winner of the Connected Commerce Award at the 2026 Commerce Awards. What the award recognizes

The Connected Commerce Award honors agencies that have moved beyond launching storefronts and into building commerce infrastructure that genuinely works together. For B2B organisations, fragmentation across ERPs, CRMs, and commerce platforms has a real cost: operational inefficiency, unreliable data, and buyers who cannot get the experience they expect.

The engagement behind this award involved a full B2B replatforming, with a real-time integration layer connecting the client’s commerce platform, ERP, and CRM into a single unified ecosystem. The goal was not isolated improvements but a commerce stack where every system shares the same data, so the experience is consistent and accurate at every touchpoint.

The results included incremental monthly revenue growth, a significantly improved self-service experience for buyers, and a platform built to scale without costly custom development.
