Here at Codal, we believe in giving back to our local communities.

As a digital enterprise consultancy, we spend most of our time designing large-scale websites and applications that create a lasting impact for businesses. But we also understand the importance of performing small acts of kindness for individuals. Working with philanthropic organizations allows us to get out of the office and focus our time and energy on improving the lives of those around us.

On May 1st, 2023, the Codal team in Ahmedabad, India participated in a food drive hosted by Navjyot Andhjan Mandal—a non-profit organization dedicated to providing food and accommodations to blind people. Codal employees brought food to the event, assisted in preparing and serving meals, and mingled with a friendly community of blind students and workers, each with their own fascinating story to tell.

“The highlight of this event was spending time with people who—though they’re not able to see—enjoy life with absolutely no complaints," says Naimesh Rajyaguru, Sr. HR Manager at Codal. “The takeaway here is to be happy and never give up.”

Codal’s offices across the globe will continue hosting and participating in philanthropic events like this one. When we’re not busy with the day-to-day grind of building digital solutions to implement real change for our clients, you can find us volunteering in various ways to implement real change in our local communities of Chicago, Lincoln, and Ahmedabad.
