Discovery
Once we’ve identified the problem, we define what's possible, what to build, and how to build it. With a shared vision of project goals and requirements, Codal saves time, money, and resources by determining the most efficient ways to sequence work.
Design
Codal works in 2-week, Agile sprints. Our team involves the client every step of the way, sharing visual design concepts, iterations, and demos to ensure that project requirements are met, all team members are aligned, and that we’re on track to meet our deadline.
Development
Once designs are finalized, our development team brings them to life, actively coding features with review and support from Codal and the client’s technical leads. With a CI/CD deployment approach, individual feature sets are iteratively tested and released upon completion.
Deployment
Post release, Codal continues to run tests and make data-driven enhancements. Through KPI measurements, proactive maintenance, and conversion rate optimization (CRO), our team collects data to maximize the value of new releases, as well as guide future initiatives.
