Saving Lives with Blood Donation
Our Ahmedabad office organized a blood donation drive in partnership with the Ahmedabad Red Cross, an organization focused on providing life-saving blood donations and emergency medical services. Codal employees gathered to contribute to this important cause, helping ensure that local hospitals have the blood supplies needed for patients in critical conditions.
As Vaibhav Panchal noted, “Participating in a blood donation was a truly fulfilling experience. Knowing that my contribution could help save lives brought me immense joy. It’s inspiring to see the team come together for such a noble cause.”
Dipak Shahu added, “Volunteering has been a deeply rewarding experience. It’s a humbling reminder of how small efforts can make a big difference, and I'm proud to contribute to Codal's global week of service.”
Fundraising for Prostate Cancer
The UK team took part in a half-marathon golf event to raise funds for Prostate Cancer UK. The team played 36 holes of golf in a single day, combining their love of the sport with a drive to raise awareness and money for this important cause.
According to Charlie Brown, “It was a great team-building event for the UK office. Most of us love playing golf, so we thought, why not support a great cause like Prostate Cancer UK? It was amazing to see everybody having a great time while making a difference.”
Our Chicago team collaborated with the Chicago Park District, an organization dedicated to maintaining Chicago’s parks and green spaces for the public’s enjoyment. The Codal team spent a day cleaning up Skinner Park, helping to preserve the beauty and accessibility of Chicago’s parks while fostering team unity through meaningful service.
Scott Bishop shared, “I always enjoy volunteering with the Chicago Park District because it gives me the chance to give back to the community, promote sustainability, and strengthen bonds with my coworkers. It's a fulfilling way to make a positive impact together!”
Beautifying Parks and Supporting Families
Our Chicago team also partnered with Ronald McDonald House Charities, an organization that provides housing and support for families with sick children undergoing hospital treatments. The team successfully assembled 90 self care kits containing essential items for families as they travel to and from hospital appointments.
According to Emma Hoff, “Participating in the Ronald McDonald care kit session was a great reminder that small acts of kindness can make a big difference. I loved doing something good for the community with the people I work with!"
