Codal’s COVID-19 Response

The world is experiencing the effects of the COVID-19 outbreak together. Codal is no different. We are a global organization with offices on three continents. Collectively, the Codal team has been inspired and motivated by the courage and determination of organizations, individuals, and governments that are working together to protect the most vulnerable, to care for the sick, and to encourage others in these times of need.

As this is a global effort, which requires all of our care and participation, we want to update you on the ways Codal is doing its part to continue to support our employees and clients.

Codal is in a unique position to continue operations with as little disruption as possible during the outbreak. We have no plans to slow our business down and we are proactively putting actions in place to support our global teams and clients to the highest possible standard that we have become known for.

Technology needs to move us forward in a time like this. It is imperative that we digitally innovate and support our clients and we firmly believe that technology can change lives, as is evident with the remote lessons that teachers are now performing, or medical staff is administering to their patients.

However, on the guidance of the CDC, we have made the collective decision to close our offices in Chicago (USA), Lincoln (UK), and Ahmedabad (India). We have educated and provided resources to our teams to assure them that they all have adequate knowledge of the situation. In all of our offices, we are moving to flexible working arrangements where all team members are working remotely to support our clients and each other. We have put steps in place to outfit our employees with the necessary technology required in their homes to support our clients at the same standards under regular circumstances. All workshops, conferences, interviews, and regular connections will continue without interruption, but will now be held over video-conference. We are committed as an organization that our operations will not change, regardless of where our employees are located. We will continue to bring the same creativity and innovation to our work as we do with every client.

At Codal we take on every challenge with optimism, experience, and tenacity. We are choosing as an organization to rise to the occasion and support our teams and clients as we always do and we look forward to the opportunity to continue doing so for many years to come.
