After the tragic—and preventable—murder of her 28-month old daughter, Kyra, Jacqueline Franchetti started the organization to raise awareness around flaws within the family and divorce court system, and pass new laws that will help prevent similar tragedies in the future.
On October 27, 2022, Kyra’s Champions rang the opening bell at the Chicago Board Options Exchange. And Codal’s Director of Product & Engineering, Stephen Yi, participated in the event to show support for this essential cause.
